I Look Expectantly with Hope to You

I bring this song of praise and adoration to You, Yahweh. As David sang from the depth of his heart, I raise my praises high to You my God and King. I come before You with my heart bowed to bless Your name for forever and ever.

Throughout this day and every day, I bow my heart to bless your name forever and ever.

Great and mighty are You, Yahweh, I praise you because of Your unsearchable greatness. I declare that my children and their children and all my generations will shout of Your great works and will tell of Your mighty power and victories.

I will meditate on Your splendor and the glory of Your majesty. I will speak of Your marvelous wonders and I will declare Your great and mighty acts. The memory of Your abundance and goodness causes joy to spring up within me and to pour out of my heart as I rejoice of Your righteousness.

Yahweh, You are gracious and merciful full of compassion. You are long-suffering and patient, slow to anger and mighty in favor and loving-kindness.

Yahweh, You are in every way beautiful and entirely good and Your tender mercies and love are in every work of Your hand.

I give You thanks, O Yahweh, and all the works of Your hand give you thanks. All Your holy ones will continually bow their hearts before You and bless You. They speak of the splendor and glory of Your sovereign kingdom, and they declare Your strength and power so that the sons of man will know and understand the might and glory of the majesty of Your kingdom.

Your kingdom is everlasting and Your dominion and authority is over all generations. You uphold and give rest to all who fall and are cast down, and You raise up all who are bowed low.

I look expectantly with hope to You and wait for You and You always provide everything I need. You open Your hand and give more than enough to fully satisfy the favor, pleasure, desire, and delight of every living thing.

You, Yahweh, are just in all Your ways and faithful and kind in all Your deeds. You are close at hand when I call on You in truth and faithfulness. You accomplish and perform the favor, delight, and pleasure of those who revere and fear You and when I cry for help You hear me and come to my rescue. You deliver me and defend me.

Yahweh, You watch and guard me and all those who love You but the wicked and ungodly, You bring to nothing and they perish.

I will glorify and adore You, Yahweh!

I bless you and bow my heart before You!

May all mankind forever declare Your holiness!
